Preparation of Wings

  2. 2

    Smoke the Wings

    Honey Habanero BBQ Sauce

In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, honey, and minced habanero peppers until fully combined.

  3. 5

    Morgan Co. White Sauce

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

Cut the carrots and celery into sticks for serving.

  3. 8

    Serve

Arrange the sauced wings on a platter alongside the carrot and celery sticks. Serve hot.
