Beef Brisket

Sandwich Assembly

Method

Beef Brisket Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Brisket

Rub the beef brisket with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Ensure the seasoning covers all sides of the brisket.

  2. 2

    Smoke the Brisket

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the seasoned brisket in the smoker and cook for approximately 12 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

  3. 3

    Rest the Brisket

Once cooked, remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.

  4. 4

    Prepare for Serving

Slice the brisket against the grain into thin slices. If desired, chop the brisket into smaller pieces.

Sandwich Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Sandwich

Place a generous amount of sliced brisket on the bottom half of each sandwich bun. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with pickles and coleslaw. Place the top half of the bun on top.

  2. 6

    Serve

Serve the sandwiches warm, accompanied by extra barbecue sauce if desired.
