Beef Brisket Preparation

Season the Brisket
Rub the beef brisket with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Ensure the seasoning covers all sides of the brisket.

Rest the Brisket
Once cooked, remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.

Prepare for Serving
Slice the brisket against the grain into thin slices. If desired, chop the brisket into smaller pieces.

Assemble the Sandwich
Place a generous amount of sliced brisket on the bottom half of each sandwich bun. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with pickles and coleslaw. Place the top half of the bun on top.

Serve the sandwiches warm, accompanied by extra barbecue sauce if desired.
