Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces.

Wash and chop the cucumbers and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.

In a small bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until combined.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, almonds, and croutons. Add the smoked pulled pork or chicken on top.
