For the Pulled Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Season the whole chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

Smoke the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken in a smoker at 225°F (107°C) for about 4-6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Moisten the Chicken
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with apple cider vinegar and water to moisten.
For the Morgan Co. White Sauce

Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, horseradish, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.
For Assembly

Assemble the Sandwich
Place a generous amount of pulled chicken on the bottom half of a burger bun, drizzle with Morgan Co. White Sauce, and add pickles as desired. Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
