Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Ribs
Place the pork ribs in a large Ziplock freezer bag. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are completely coated. Seal the bag tightly, removing as much air as possible. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
- 3
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 4
Prepare for Baking
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
- 5
Bake the Ribs
Remove the ribs from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the ribs on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat begins to pull away from the bones.
- 6
Glaze the Ribs
In the last 30 minutes of baking, brush additional barbecue sauce over the ribs every 10 minutes to create a sticky glaze.
- 7
Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10-15 minutes. Slice between the bones and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
