Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Meats
In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the pulled pork and brisket until heated through, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even heating.
- 2
Toast the Buns
While the meats are heating, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them lightly on a skillet or toaster until golden brown.
Assembly
- 3
Layer the Ingredients
On the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun, layer the pulled pork first, followed by a drizzle of barbecue sauce.
- 4
Add Brisket
Next, add the brisket on top of the pulled pork, followed by another drizzle of barbecue sauce and a tablespoon of mustard.
- 5
Add Coleslaw and Pickles
Top the brisket with the coleslaw and arrange the pickle slices on top.
- 6
Complete the Sandwich
Finally, place the middle bun on top of the pickles, then add more pulled pork, followed by brisket, coleslaw, and pickles. Finish with the top half of the brioche bun.
