    Prepare the Chicken Thighs

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place them in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

    Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

    Prepare the Beef Brisket

    Rub the beef brisket with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Slow cook the brisket at 150°C (300°F) for about 4-5 hours until tender. Slice against the grain before serving.
