Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Start by preheating your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the beef ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and smoked paprika. Rub this spice mixture generously over the beef ribs on all sides.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Sauce

In a separate bowl, combine BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Mix well until fully combined.

  4. 4

    Bake the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil to keep them moist and place them in the preheated oven. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

  5. 5

    Add the Sauce

After baking, remove the ribs from the oven and carefully take off the top layer of foil. Brush the BBQ sauce mixture over the ribs generously.

  6. 6

    Broil the Ribs

Increase the oven temperature to broil. Return the ribs to the oven uncovered and broil for about 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Cut between the bones and serve warm with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
