Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pulled Pork

If not using pre-cooked pulled pork, slow-cook a pork shoulder with your favorite seasonings until tender and easily shredded.

  2. 2

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  3. 3

    Assemble the Nachos

On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer. Top with pulled pork, shredded cheddar cheese, and jalapeños.

  4. 4

    Bake

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. 5

    Prepare Toppings

While the nachos are baking, dice the avocado and chop the cilantro. Cut the lime into wedges.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once the nachos are done, remove from the oven and top with diced avocado, a dollop of sour cream, and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
