Bruschetta Instructions
1. Prepare the Bread
Slice the baguette or Italian bread into 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange them on a baking sheet.
2. Toast the Bread
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the sliced bread for about 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden and crispy.
3. Prepare the Topping
Chop the fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into small pieces. In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, mozzarella, and torn basil leaves.
4. Season the Mixture
