Burger Preparation
1. Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and slice the tomato and onion. Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry.
2. Form the Patties
In a bowl, combine the ground brisket with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
3. Cook the Patties
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the brisket patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
4. Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
