Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat the Pan
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Sear the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
Prepare the Vegetables
While the salmon is cooking, steam or sauté the asparagus, carrots, and bell pepper until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve
Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon and serve alongside the seasonal vegetables.
