Sautéed Shrimp, Butter, White Wine, Olive Oil, Garlic, Angel Hair Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Pasta

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Sauté the Garlic

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Shrimp

Pour in the white wine and add the red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to cook off.

Deglaze with Wine

Add the cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the shrimp and sauce. Stir in the remaining butter and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce

Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
