Prepare the Shrimp
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Make the Sauce
Pour in the apricot brandy and bring to a simmer. Allow it to cook for about 3-5 minutes to reduce slightly.

Add Cream and Rosemary
Stir in the heavy cream and chopped rosemary. Allow the sauce to simmer for another 5 minutes until thickened. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Finish and Serve
Add lemon juice to the sauce, stir well, and remove from heat. Serve the shrimp topped with the rosemary cream sauce.
