Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Baguette

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until toasted and golden brown.

  2. 2

    Cook the Spinach

In a large skillet, lightly sauté the fresh spinach over medium heat until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Squeeze out excess moisture and chop coarsely.

  3. 3

    Mix the Dip Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  4. 4

    Combine Spinach and Artichokes

Fold in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, and crab meat (if using) into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

  5. 5

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with the toasted baguette slices.
