Seafood and Pasta

Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguini

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the shrimp, scallops, cod, and salmon. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seafood is cooked through.

  3. 3

    Add White Wine

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 3 minutes to reduce slightly.

  4. 4

    Make the Alfredo Sauce

Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked linguini to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
