  2. 2

    Bread the Cutlets

Dip each cutlet in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure even coverage.

  3. 3

    Fry the Schnitzel

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Potato Pancakes Preparation

    Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine grated potatoes, onion, egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. 5

    Cook Pancakes

Heat oil in a skillet. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and flatten them into pancakes. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy.

Red Cabbage Preparation

    Cook the Cabbage

In a pot, combine shredded red cabbage, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until tender.
