Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Turkey Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Cook the Turkey Patties

In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the turkey patties and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  4. 4

    Prepare the Avocado

While the patties are cooking, slice the avocado and set aside.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the Kaiser rolls if desired. On the bottom half of each roll, place a turkey patty, top with avocado slices, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, and your choice of cheese. Place the top half of the roll on and serve immediately.
