Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and form into two equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place one slice of Swiss cheese and one slice of American cheese on each patty. Cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buns

While the cheese is melting, lightly toast the brioche buns on a separate skillet or in a toaster.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the toasted brioche buns. Top with sliced jalapenos and cover with the top half of the buns.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the Jumping Jack Burgers immediately with your favorite side.
