Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Beef Patty
Take the 1/2 lb of ground beef and form it into a patty. Make a slight indentation in the center to prevent it from puffing up during cooking.
Season the Patty
Season both sides of the patty with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the Cheese
Flip the patty and immediately place the Swiss cheese and American cheese on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patty reaches your desired doneness.
Toast the Brioche Bun
While the patty is finishing, slice the brioche bun in half and toast it on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Assemble the Burger
Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Top with the other half of the bun.
Serve
Serve immediately while hot with your favorite condiments or sides.
