1. Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
2. Cook the Burger
Preheat a flat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form it into a patty. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip it.
3. Add Cheese
Place the Swiss and American cheese slices on top of the burger patty and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
4. Toast the Bun
While the cheese is melting, slice the brioche bun in half and toast it on the grill until lightly golden.
5. Assemble the Burger
Spread Jack's sauce on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top, then close the burger with the top half of the bun.
6. Serve
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
