1. Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined and form into 4 equal patties.

2. Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach desired doneness.

3. Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

4. Toast the Buns

While the cheese is melting, toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

5. Assemble the Burgers

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place lettuce, a cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, and pickles on top. Add the top half of the bun to complete.
