Prepare the Au Jus
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut hoagie rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet. Layer the bottom half of each roll with sliced roast beef and top with Swiss cheese.

Toast the Sandwiches
Place the baking sheet in the oven and toast for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are slightly crispy.

Serve
Remove the sandwiches from the oven and serve hot with the warm au jus on the side for dipping.
