Preparing the Shocker Sauce

Make the Shocker Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and sugar. Mix well until smooth. Set aside.
Making the Burger

Prepare the Patties
In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties.

Cook the Patties
Heat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Add Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Pepper Jack cheese on each patty and cover until melted.

Prepare the Buns
Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble the Burger
Spread a generous amount of Shocker sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cheeseburger patty on top, followed by sliced jalapeños and habaneros. Top with the other half of the bun.
