Prepare the Chipotle Pimento Cheese

Make the Cheese Mixture

In a medium bowl, mix together the sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced chipotle peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

Cook the Burgers

Form and Cook

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form into two patties. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

Prepare the Toppings

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Burger

Build the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, spread a generous amount of chipotle pimento cheese. Place the cooked burger patty on top, followed by two slices of crispy bacon and a tablespoon of jalapeño jelly. Top with the other half of the bun.
