Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into two equal patties.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Buns

While the cheese is melting, toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

Spread peanut butter on the bottom half of each toasted bun and mayonnaise on the top half. Place the cheesy burger patty on the bottom bun, add crispy bacon, and close the sandwich with the top bun.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your ELVIS burger!
