Make the Dough
In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add cold water, mixing until a dough forms. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Assemble the Patties
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into circles of about 5 inches in diameter. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle. Fold over and crimp the edges to seal.

Bake the Patties
Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
