Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Soft Boiled Eggs

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently add the eggs and boil for 6-7 minutes. Remove and place in an ice bath to cool. Once cooled, peel and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Bone Broth

In a pot, heat the bone broth over medium heat. Add soy sauce, chili flakes, and salt to taste. Stir and let simmer for about 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Udon Noodles

In another pot, bring water to a boil and cook udon noodles according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In serving bowls, add cooked udon noodles. Pour the hot bone broth over the noodles. Top with sliced smoked pork loin, soft boiled eggs, and drizzle with toasted chili oil and garlic oil.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Finely chop green onions and sprinkle them over the top along with additional chili flakes if desired.
