Ingredients for Smoked Salmon Potato Salad
Method
Preparation Steps
- 1
Cook the Potatoes
Place the baby potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- 2
Prepare the Dressing
In a bowl, mix together the kewpie mayonnaise, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Once the potatoes are cool, cut them into halves or quarters. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, house smoked salmon (torn into pieces), and chives.
- 4
Dress the Salad
Pour the dressing over the potato and salmon mixture. Gently toss to combine, ensuring the potatoes and salmon are well-coated.
- 5
Serve
Transfer the salad to a serving dish, top with salmon roe and sprinkle with furikake seasoning. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
