Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Broth

In a large pot, combine the roasted chicken and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and add shoyu. Let it simmer for 30 minutes to extract the flavors.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ramen Noodles

In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Soft-Boiled Eggs

Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the eggs and boil for 6-7 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool, then peel and set aside.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Baby Corn

In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the baby corn and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Ramen

Divide the cooked ramen noodles among bowls. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles. Halve the soft-boiled eggs and place on top of the noodles along with sautéed baby corn, sliced green onions, nori sheets, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
