Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.

2

Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Rub this mixture all over the ribs, ensuring even coverage.

3

Oil the Ribs

Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned ribs to help the spices adhere and create a nice crust.

4

Wrap and Bake

Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

5

Add BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil. Brush the ribs generously with BBQ sauce.

6

Broil for Finish

Place the ribs under the broiler for 5-10 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.

7

Serve

Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
