Make the Tempura Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add cold water while whisking until the batter is smooth and slightly thick.

Heat the Oil
In a deep pan or fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Coat and Fry the Vegetables
Dip the prepared vegetables into the batter, allowing excess to drip off. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve the vegetable tempura hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
