Prepare the Ingredients
Start by preparing all the ingredients. Slice the tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and julienne the carrot. Chop the green onions and chop the napa cabbage.

Cook Shrimp
In a large skillet or pot, heat the sukiyaki sauce over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the napa cabbage, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and green onions. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- 4
Add Tofu and Sauce
Add the sliced tofu to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour in the remaining sukiyaki sauce and stir gently to combine. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

Combine and Serve
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and gently mix everything together. Serve hot over a bed of cooked rice.
