Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and prepare them as specified. Slice the beef, cube the tofu, slice the mushrooms, and chop the cabbage and green onions.

Heat the Pan
In a large skillet or a sukiyaki pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

Cook the Beef
Add the sliced beef to the pan. Stir-fry until the beef is browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Vegetables and Tofu
Add the shiitake mushrooms, tofu, napa cabbage, and green onions to the pan. Stir gently to combine.
