Cook the Ingredients
In a large skillet or Japanese nabe pot, add a little oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and sear until browned.

Add Lobster
Add the lobster tails to the skillet, cut side down, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start turning opaque.

Add Vegetables and Tofu
Add the mushrooms, tofu, green onions, and napa cabbage to the skillet. Pour the prepared sukiyaki sauce over everything.

Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the lobster is fully cooked.
