Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, and honey until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    Sear the Pork

In an oven-safe skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and sear it on all sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  5. 5

    Bake the Pork

Pour the reserved marinade over the seared pork and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. 6

    Rest and Serve

Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm, drizzled with additional marinade if desired.
