Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sushi Rice

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until dissolved, then gently fold this mixture into the rice. Allow it to cool.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fillings

Slice the spicy tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and avocado into thin strips for easy rolling. Prepare a small bowl of water to wet your hands.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Rolls

Lay a sheet of green soy paper on a bamboo sushi mat. Wet your hands and take a handful of sushi rice, spread it evenly over the sheet, leaving about an inch at the top edge. Place a line of spicy tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, and crispy tempura flakes along the center of the rice.

  4. 4

    Roll It Up

Start rolling the sushi tightly from the bottom edge using the bamboo mat. Press firmly but gently to shape the roll. Use a bit of water on the edge of the soy paper to seal the roll.

  5. 5

    Slice the Rolls

Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 6-8 pieces. Wipe the knife with a damp cloth between cuts to keep the edges clean.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Triple Sauce

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, and mayonnaise to create the triple sauce.

  7. 7

    Serve

Arrange the sushi rolls on a platter, drizzle with the triple sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
