Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Start by chopping the cooked lobster meat into small pieces and julienning the cucumber into thin strips.
- 2
Assemble the Roll
Lay a sheet of soy paper on a bamboo sushi mat. In the center, place a line of chopped lobster meat, a few pieces of shrimp tempura, and some julienned cucumber.
- 3
Add Sauce and Roll
Drizzle a small amount of chili mayo over the filling. Carefully roll the soy paper from the bottom to the top, using the mat to help keep it tight.
- 4
Cut the Roll
Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the roll into 6-8 pieces. Wipe the knife with a damp cloth between cuts for cleaner slices.
- 5
Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with the mango puree until smooth. Adjust the consistency with a little water if needed.
- 6
Serve
Arrange the sushi pieces on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve with the miso-mango sauce and soy sauce on the side.
