1. Prepare the Lobster
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat out slightly while leaving it attached at the base.
2. Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the lobster meat generously.
3. Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill or hibachi to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the Lobster
Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Flip halfway through and baste with the remaining butter mixture.
5. Garnish
Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the grill and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
