    In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

    Marinate the Fluke

    Place the fluke fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
