Prepare the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk together until well blended.

Emulsify the Mixture
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing until it is creamy and well combined.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
