Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, combine buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Coat the Chicken
In a separate bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove the chicken from the marinade and dredge in the flour mixture until fully coated.

Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Make the Slaw
In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss until well combined.

Assemble the Sandwich
Place a fried chicken breast on the bottom half of a brioche bun. Top with pickles and a generous amount of slaw. Cover with the top half of the bun.
