Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, season flour with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the coated chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Make the Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and cheddar cheese over low heat. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Add hot sauce to taste.

Cook the Fries
Prepare the frozen fries according to package instructions. Set aside.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a fried chicken breast. Drizzle the house-made cheese sauce over the chicken. Top with the other half of the bun.
