Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mix Sugars
Stir the granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted butter until well combined.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix.

Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Serve
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
