Method

Preparation of Whole Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are well coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.

Preparation of French Fries

  1. 5

    Cut the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin strips to make fries.

  2. 6

    Heat the Oil

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  3. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the cut potatoes to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 5-6 minutes or until they are golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 8

    Season the Fries

While the fries are still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.

Preparation of Coleslaw

  1. 9

    Prepare the Vegetables

Finely shred the green cabbage and grate the carrot.

  2. 10

    Make the Dressing

In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  3. 11

    Combine and Toss

Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrot to the dressing. Toss until everything is well coated.

  4. 12

    Chill and Serve

Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
