2. Add Chicken
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for best flavor.
Grilling
3. Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
4. Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the chicken skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 7-10 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
5. Flip and Cook
Flip the chicken thighs and grill for another 7-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6. Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
