Method

Main Dish Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Breading the Chicken

Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese. Dip each chicken breast first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.

  3. 3

    Cooking the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.

  4. 4

    Add Sauce and Cheese

Pour marinara sauce over the chicken breasts, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.

Mashed Potatoes Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters. Boil them in a large pot of salted water for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender.

  2. 6

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Slaw Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare Vegetables

Shred the green cabbage and carrots. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots.

  2. 8

    Make Dressing

In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 9

    Combine Slaw

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, then toss until everything is well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 10

    Prepare Mixed Vegetables

Wash and chop the mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 11

    Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the vegetables, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
