Method

Hot Sauce

    Combine Ingredients

    In a medium bowl, mix cayenne pepper, white vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and water until well combined.

    Blend Mixture

    Use a blender or immersion blender to blend the mixture until smooth.

    Store

    Transfer the hot sauce to a clean bottle or jar and store in the refrigerator.

Ranch Dressing

    Mix Ingredients

    In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk.

    Add Seasonings

    Add dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.

    Whisk Together

    Whisk all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

    Chill

    Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

BBQ Sauce

    Combine Ingredients

    In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.

    Stir in smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.

    Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Allow the BBQ sauce to cool before transferring to a jar. Store in the refrigerator.

Honey Mustard

    In a bowl, combine honey and Dijon mustard.
