Method

Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Charbroil the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Mashed Potatoes

  1. 3

    Cook the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into uniform pieces. Boil them in a large pot of salted water for about 15-20 minutes or until tender.

  2. 4

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

Coleslaw

  1. 5

    Prepare the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrots.

  2. 6

    Make the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 7

    Combine

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss until everything is well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Vegetable

  1. 8

    Prepare the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

  2. 9

    Season

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm alongside the chicken and mashed potatoes.
