Boneless Wings

Prepare Chicken
Cut boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Bread Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken first into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry Chicken
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the breaded chicken pieces in batches and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.

Toss in Sauce
Once cooked, remove chicken from skillet, and toss with hot sauce in a large bowl until coated.
French Fries

Prepare Potatoes
Wash and cut russet potatoes into thin strips for fries.

Heat Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry Potatoes
Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches, and fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Season Fries
Sprinkle hot fries with salt while they are still hot.
Coleslaw

Prepare Vegetables
Shred the green cabbage and carrots. Combine them in a large mixing bowl.

Make Dressing
In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Combine
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss well to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
